To make things simple for everybody we have built the cost of Post and Packing into each item. So this means that the price you see is the price you pay, no nasty surprises at checkout.
Orders will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Post. Larger orders are often more economical and convenient to send by Next Day Delivery, which also offers everyone peace of mind for safe delivery. In that case we will contact you by email to arrange a delivery time convenient to you.
Please ensure that we have the correct delivery address. A phone number is useful, especially for Next Day Delivery as the courier likes to have a contact number.
We try to send out orders as quickly as possible, but as many items are handmade to order, delivery times can be up to a month especially in the busy summer months. Check the homepage for current delivery times. It can be helpful when you order if you let us know your wedding date to ensure that your order gets to you in plenty of time for your big day.
Refunds will only be given if the product is found to be faulty or the specifications of your order have not been met. Please check all the details that you give us thoroughly, refunds will not be given for errors made by the clients such as incorrect spelling of children's names. Obviously if we have made a mistake then we will rectify it and cover any costs incurred.
Please note that many items are handmade and each item may vary slightly. Each order is completely unique and whilst similar to those on the website will be designed specifically for each client. When you order we interpret the design from the information that you provide us with, and by ordering you accept our artistic interpretation of your design brief.
